I love Pastor Kingsley and his wife's teachings. It's true that us women don't really see it as success if it doesn't go along with being tied to a man. I have experienced other women downplaying the fact that I own 2 homes, 2 cars, have a masters degree and in a managerial position at work because I am not married. However, I have also found that their opinions affected me only until I decided not to care about it. How other people - men or women see me does not bother me at all. It used to, but not anymore. I realised that people will always have opinions no matter what I do. I have opinions about how others live their lives as well. I do want to be married, but not for societal approval. I want it because I desire to share my life with a deserving partner. If it comes good, if not still good.

Great teaching! Thank you Pastor Kingsley. What i noticed that I felt was unfortunate is there were very many young people and they were not taking notes. Well i hope they watched this again and took notes. These are life lessons for believers that are right in the word and must be made flesh. We need more straightforward teachers like you in Africa. Good message pastor but I didn't hear what I thought I would hear, I wish you will get this question and answer me, how do you manage your emotions when you love someone, you can't detach from someone emotionally but the person treats you bad and you know that your relationship with that person is unhealthy but you still want to be with that person,all they do is to hurt you but you can't stand the thought of not being with them, how do you manage that kind of emotion?
I am not Pastor K, but I'm a woman who has experienced such. My advice would be, that you are one in a million. Let no man look down at you. That relationship is toxic. You are special and should be treated as such. If a man treats you as trash then he doesn't see the value In you so let him fight for you by you leaving him. I'm sure when you leave him, he will realize your worth and come back, if he wants to.
You have to first respect you before you expect someone else to respect you . Respecting yourself often times means walking away from everyone and everything that doesn’t respect you. Until you develop a healthy self esteem romantic entanglements must be avoided at all cost . P.S you don’t love him. You have an attachment to him and the idea of him. No one can love someone else authentically without cultivating love within first.
