been listening to u for only a couple of months, when i started me and my sp were broken up, and even stopped talking after i moved away. he seemed disinterested, and annoyed with me. all of which i manifested. been working on staying positive, maintianing mental diet, visualizing end results and scripting and using subliminals on hopeless days and last night he blew up my phn, when we talked me seemed so eager to talk to me and meet me even if we live 4 hrs away. guy who used to be afraid of committment basically told me to be in his life permanently and made future plans with me, he said it as a joke but this is huge coz he used to be upset by these talks before. idk if anyone new to this manisfestation and loa thing, i'd urgue u to keep faith. it works. and a huge thank you to shelly. u r an angel.

Part 2 Manifest specific person Core practices to manifest sp + Things to focus on 1.) Make this manifesting process primarily about you.! * Becoming the person who already thinks, feels and knows that she/he has the things that are desired. * Change who think and feel and believe you are. * The outer wolrd mould and shape to reflect back to you based on your self concept. * Just become the person.. * While coming to sp manifesting you don't have put your enitre focus on them But instead pull that back put the attention on you. * To make it simple there are two versions of + there is version of you who feels confident, wanted, loved, chersied, by your sp You know all these things. - There is a version of who thinks opposite of this like panicked, abandoned , left , alone. * If we are manifesting our outer reality with your inner reality. * The only thing you have to is thinking positive thoughts. * Also who are you now that you have your desire. * You feel wanted, steady, confident. * Making it primarily about who are you if you are already in this relationship. * Relaxed chosen wanted practice this regardless of what is happening outside $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ 2.) Get into the state of being loved as much as possible. * since you are manifesting sp this could be one of the only practices you could do. * of knowing that you are loved, feeling love as much as you can * people who know they are loved and do appropriate slef love work and become the person Versus * some people dont feel this or any love from sp. * There is a state of being of not feeling loved and we automatically chase and this will direct us to them as they are the answer to feel love. * This is a romatic perspective as someone else is the key to your happiness you are the key to your happiness. * Come to your knowing as you are incredible, magnifiecent this will be. created @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ 3.) Do start to re create for them to be different. * If they ignored, distant. * You do want to conjure into a new story and create a version you want to be with. * This should happen after you do your self love and you feel loved. * Then start to re create it in your imaginal realm + imagine what they think about you. + What they say to you. + How they treat you. + How they cant stop thinking about you. * You become who.is absolutely chosen and adored and they are the ones comes to you. //////////////////////////////////////////////////// * You are the center of the universe Change you Become the person who is loved. * Think of them who are they what are they like. * Think the thoughts of who is loved. * Feel who is magnetic and loved. * You will create the same in your reality. Self-love is a beautiful thing and so healing. I like to hold my inner child and apologise to her for creating experiences that have hurt both of us. I tell her that I‘m learning still and trying to create amazing experiences for both of us. I also tell her that, whatever happens, I will always be here and she will never be alone. I feel so much love for myself after doing that 💕

This helped a lot more than P1, tbh. The missing link for me is the feeling of HAVING it all. It's hard to describe the state I've maintained for much of my 50+ years but self-development and spirituality can encourage something akin to emotional, material, and sexual anorexia, where you convince yourself you didn't need to eat anyway and besides, the food wouldn't be satisfying. While secretly the message you're giving yourself is that you don't deserve it.

wow lot of clarity here on few things I had a doubt on... thank you Shelly... you are right- lack of self love makes me crave sometimes that I need/want my SP but I realize it’s wrong...

I am on the spectrum and I had an epiphany the other day on this self love journey that this is the reason why I have so much trouble manifesting a relationship. I have deeply ingrained beliefs in my self concept about how I’m the awkward one, I’m not the one anyone wants to be with, about how I have a hard time relating to people, about how I feel like an outsider. My SP is on the spectrum too I think and I think he may be someone who could understand me. But obviously at some point I manifested his absence which is why I’m here trying to unravel what I can change within to have lasting intimacy in my life. I realize I may need to back track and go to the basics now, with affirmations like “I’m an interesting person” “people like talking to me” “I deserve love”. Sorry to ramble, I just got through your self love course and as I worked on myself I drew this connection. I have good days and bad days. Today is a bad day but I’m grateful to confront my wounds. Thank you for all your content, it is very helpful! 💜

OMG. That's is why I didn't get my sp back until I let go of everything. After ghosting , no contact, for many many days, I was became totally tired and exhausted. Then , oneday I told myself to let go ...thinking that if its mine then surely I will be contacted. And it happened. During that time I focused on my work , myself, my health, my diet, my sleep n oneday from nowhere my sp popped up. And during that self love period , I created a new version of my sp, actually it wasn't the new version but it was the version that showed up to me whenever my sp was with me. I kept on recalling n recreating that version of my sp. Honestly, I should say that these work of manifesting wasn't known to me earlier. It came naturally just naturally to me. Today I knew a lot of manifesting from you. Thank you . With lots of love and blessing 🙏

I have been waiting for this video to come up. Thanks alot Shelly for the amazing content. I guess we all know this but need constant reminder of what is truly important. A strange thing happened today. I am manifesting a relationship with my SP who currently is a close friend of mine. He talked about how he likes to be alone. This is in contradiction to what i am trying to manifest. However, it took me like 5 minutes or so but i felt actually good about it for no good reason. It made me feel like i am closer. I really don't know why. Thoughts anyone?

While I listen to my affirmations I sometimes lay down and put on a castor oil pack. The warmth of the hot water bottle helps me imagine being loved.

Hey Shelly, first I want to say thank you for making such helpful and interesting videos, because of you I have expanded my knowledge on how to manifest things into my life. So I just turned 18 this year and my whole life I've always prayed to be adopted by parents who love me, want me, and cherish me as their daughter, I always wanted to experience what it's like to actually belong in a family of my own because growing up my homes where temporary but I've always had a feeling like I will be adopted by a mom and a dad. Last year I moved from NY to Mass. to attend a vocational school, and before I went I was trying to manifest parents and I moved and did it there as well, a month of being there my new friend introduced me to her math teacher who became my math teacher, and instantly she and I became so close, she has really taken to role of my mom, she even said to me in October 2019 that she talked to her boyfriend about me saying how she would like to adopt me, and she talked to her parents about me and they even want to meet me and I want to meet them as well. Well February 2020 I turned 18 and I graduated and left that school and moved in with my friend that introduced me, I live in Connecticut now and she(mom) lives in Mass. and we text like everyday and she sometimes face times me, and even though we live like 30 minutes away our bond gets stronger and stronger. Do you believe my adoption will happen? How do I go about this specifically to manifest this? Thank you again Shelly

Manifesting is better when we let it go and receive it. This is why monks can manifest anything instantly as they are not attached to the desires and to be honest. They do not have desires at all. I feel you would have come in my life 10 years back 😊 but no worries my life has completely turned by 360° since I met you on Alex Cormont Video😇 You know I have become godess not only to my SP but to my parents, one friend and to people in my job. my performance in MBA has improved. I uses to score very bad in exams but now I am in top 5 ranks😄👍. This happened since 15th May. A day u appeared on Alex you tube channel. Then I consulted Indian astrologist, he told from 15th May my life is changing. It was the miracle that he mentioned the same date. I had not mention him about you or anything of my life. I deeply feel you are an angel sent by Lord Ganesha to reach Indian people. ❤️ Your video comes at 22.20 in India.. this is the time when miracle really happens.
