I heard a podcast with Jen Sincero where she recommended writing a letter to Money, telling it what you think of it, and then sort of working towards a better relationship with it. I think that can be a useful exercise too.
I have done this twice, and after reading the letters, I burnt them. I grew up with a lot of negative emotions around money, so in a way I felt like I needed to ask for forgiveness and explain my childhood experiences. It made me feel so light, it was very cathartic! I recommend it!

For example... if the person is without a job at the moment and he doesn't know what he would enjoy doing for a profession exactly ... and he just want to manifest his financial freedom... Is it good enough to create a scene with a friend, which is telling this person for example: friend: You are very lucky to be financial free and doing the thing you love. person responds: Yes I know, I am very grateful. And loop this scene till satisfaction and relief. thanks 💖

Answer: When I speak of feeling I do not mean emotion, but acceptance of the fact that the desire is fulfilled. Feeling grateful, fulfilled, or thankful, it is easy to say, "Thank You," "Isn't it wonderful!" or "It is finished." Gratitude for some weird reason does the opposite for me, it makes me lose the thing I’m grateful for because it creates too much attachment in me to that thing. I just try to be happy in general.
Hi!! I came across your channel today and absolutely loved the videos. I’m currently trying to manifest money. Can you give some tips because I do have a strong belief but sometimes doubt comes. Also I’m constantly scared of manifesting bad things.
Try using money affirmations. Sammy Ingram's RU-vid channel is wonderful to watch. She has good videos about manifesting money with just affirmations. Not all this other crap others are teaching.
Try practicing Ho'oponopono, it's powerful, along with Missy's tips. I promise you it works, but consistent work to erase those deep rooted negative money beliefs!
@@crystalhandy2584 what she teaches is crap. Affirmations in and of themselves do not manifest anything. Learn the material from the source instead of RU-vid
@@crystalhandy2584 if it's crap why are you on this channel... 🤔 Also yes one can manifest money using affirmations but it's a temporary fix. It comes and goes because the root has not been identified and changed. It doesn't take long to do this at all .
