Increased my revenue stream by follow up and the closing ratio almost doubled. But also good record keeping is the secret sauce, when calling back.

I always follow up. Sometimes just to get a hold of the dm, took 5 to 8 calls. mostly vm. Then they didnt decide then, have to call again. Cold calling is the most difficult. It is even more difficult because of Covid. but I have called leads, active clients and dormants too. I ask the person when is the best time to talk, most say a time, I call then often vm, I will call them again, then again, but maybe only one more time same day and try another day at different times and yes I have closed many after several attempts. I have a way to organize my clients in companies computer system, if not in other companies, use a sticky note.

Solid info, Well if someone contacts you that means there interested, and even if it takes 15 follow ups, somewhere along the line, they have to give into there initial interest. Your just throwing away potential clients by not following up. I wonder will you follow up on this comment!?
