This is my son's favorite dish. Only one restaurant made this where I live that was so good, but it closed down on us. Now we been on a hunt to find another restaurant who can make this and it taste good like theirs did. I will have to try yours. Thank you for sharing. It all looks so good.

Quang No way you will read that but if you would prepare that simple recipy for chicken wings : 1kg of chicken wings, 1.5 ketchup, 3 TBSP of spicy mustard 5 TBSP of soy sauce, 3 TBSP of honey, 4 claws of garlic, marinade everything overnight then cook for at least an hour in 180C

As a former cook at a Chinese Restaurant I agree, master sauce is in basically every type of sauce. You forgot to add MSG, needed more sugar and you obviously used waaay too much soy sauce :P Also you forgot the green onions!

Hi Quang thank you for this recipe. I tried it, and my teen boys loved it. The sauce could use more sweet less soy, that said it’s a great recipe and you are the chicken master. Hopefully you could make Trinidadian dhal puri roti with curry chicken, pholourie and doubles. 😊

I don't think it's dzao though, im not just Asian , I do speak Chinese. However, this is not an authentic Chinese dish so there's no Chinese name and anything probably goes.
