Can a deck mount skylight be replaced with a curb mount? Also, if my roof is 25 to 30 feet high, and I can't get up onto it, how can I measure the size I need accurately from the inside?
Yes, a deck mount can be replaced by a curb mount, but this generally requires extra work and expense. It can be measured from inside. Measure the drywall opening right at the skylight.
