ćræv why would he be lying it’s not even a crazy height for a 13 year old, I’m 13 and I’m 6’1.5 and there’s plenty of kids that are 5’10 and 5’9 at my school
Few tips: First off, don't measure yourself on carpet. Because carpet elevates the surface that you're standing on, making you undermeasure yourself by a few millimeters. Measure yourself on hard, solid ground. Second, find a wall that doesn't have that piece of wood sticking out at the bottom, since that causes you to lean forward slightly when measuring which again causes you to lose a few mm. I'd say you're easily 186 at night and possibly 187.5-188cm in the morning
Yo is it fine to measure w my feet slightly apart? Bc I measure almost 1/8th of an inch taller w my feet slightly apart as compared to feet completely together
@@eagles1233 Huh, that's weird. I've never heard of that being a thing before. The reason why it's so common for people to measure with their feet together is because it allows people to stand their tallest. Maybe your posture might be slightly off when standing with your feet touching. Also, stand very close to the wall when you measure too so that the object touches the tallest part of your head.
I am about 187cm in the morning and then at night 185cm, though sometimes in rare occasions I will dip down to 184cm but that’s when I am standing up for a really long time and doing a lot of physically demanding things. I am actually happy with my height! I am taller than most people I see on the streets!
@@faridsantiagoburbanomunoz4465 6’1”……. But I have noticed lately that I grew like another 1/2 or so even though I am in my 30s. Maybe a combination of glucosamine, ashwagandha, collagen and also doing dead hang ups a couple time per day has been correct my posture or fully decompressed my spine, but I measure a couple days ago in the morning and I was basically 6’2” out of bed…… Most likely through the day I might fall to 6’1.5” and in the night before going to bed I am might be around 6’1.25” (188cm in the morning, through out the day 187cm and night 186cm).
Measured myself 175 cm at home with a measuring tape (barefoot) and I went to a nearby clinic to get my height measured and I was about 176 half cm almost 177 there. I was barefoot there too , hope this makes someone’s day :)
@@kubakuba2210 oof i feel the pain they measure me shorter at doctors than at home because they force me to do back against wall instead of facing wall
Holy shit before watching this I measured myself at 5’9 and was stressing because I’ve been telling people that I’m 5’11 but after watching this I can confirm I’m 5’11
Thank you so much, I'm trying this tomorrow. I had my dad measure me one day when my back faced the wall, I measured at 5'10, but my posture was slouched a bit. I had my mom measure me one time when I was standing straight up and down, and I was 6'1. I was so confused for the longest time, but I will try this.
I am 25 year old and recently grew an inch I am now 1.88-184.5 or 6”2 in morning.I was before 1.86 (6”1) in morning and 183cm (6”0) at night it’s big difference but still need to get to 6”4 only got 2 inches left 1.95cm is my predicted height. The biggest myth is this stretching does not make you Taller it only stretches your spine a bite that’s it nothing more people need to sleep 🛏 between 8-10 hours or even more depending on your needs,,,Also no carbs and no fatty foods should be eaten only proteins and fruit vegetables no snacks no chocolate and no crisps That’s what helped me grow Taller and if you are overweight your not going to grow taller since body cannot produce enough HGH same with Vitamin D cannot be absorbed due to fat so guys and girls stick the sleeping schedule
@@m4sterrr553 I am now 188.7cm in morning and 185.2cm barefoot at night since January and still growing taller I will probably reach 194.2cm this year and keep growing till age 39...Sleeping 8.5 hours every night is very important
@@m4sterrr553 I do am still growing past age of 25 and I am 190.2cm in morning and 186.7cm barefoot during the day. 190.2-186.7cm and still growing it has nothing to do with stretching Sleep+nutrition+Genes=Growth in height my father is 5'11 my mum is 5'9 but on me mum side its very tall family I have aunty she is 6'6 and we inherit our genes from their.
@@qwertt-tg8rd dude I just explained over over again its very simple no exercising I only sleep 8-9 hours every night and drink only milk products and eggs and basically have high protein diet thats all nothing els and patience is required has well it takes 0.5 cm to grow every month it takes time bro
@@jeetendrad1309 you tilted your head up thats why you measured more but thats unfortunetly not the accurate way to measure your height you need to look straight with your face otherwise you will measure more
my last year of primary, i was around 162cm and the next year, i was 156cm.. the teachers refuse to believe that the school’s measuring tool is inaccurate
I think the best way to measure your height is to put a tape over a door frame and lower it until you hit it with your head (wear something to flatten your hair).
@@leobese1730 if that's the case then....tell me... how come my sister is 5'6 because she have measured her height with stadiometer.....and I'm like 2 inch taller than her......and also I live in india most of the men here are between 5'5 to 5'10.......and I'm like taller than most of the guys and find many guys of my height too........ I'm definitely not 5'6
Hey guys, I got a question if I measure myself by my own with both arms up lifting because I hold a book on top of my head am I measure myself shorter then having the arms completely down ?
Valdemar ik you wrote this a month ago but you know that you lose two inches during the day and you gain them back when you sleep because of gravity try measuring yourself in the morning
@@angels8458 you don't lose TWO whole inches my g,tf. You lose about half an inch on average. I'm 6 foot 3 in the morning and 6 foot 2 and a half by nightfall Also morning height is brief and no one really sees you on the morning,so why go with morning height?
@@MultiFirelover I am 6 foot 3 or 191.7 cm max in morning and during the day I shrink to 6 foot 2 or 188.2 cm nobody shrinks 3 inches thats crazy and insane

14 years old 5’4 1/2 Found out I had low testosterone so I’m taking shots now but I’m so scared I’m not going to grow to maximum height or just stay 5’4 Didn’t grow for all of last year because of low growth hormones I’ve grown maybe half an inch since starting testosterone 5 months ago Upping my dose in a month so hopefully I hit a growth spurt Goal: 5’6 1/2 by the end of freshman year
Yo what’s up Lance. I remember when I used to watch your videos. I just rediscovered you. I want to share my goal. As of now I’m about 5’8.5 consistently. I’m also a basketball player. Age is almost 17. I want to become 6 foot by the end of the summer, which will be in about 4-5 months. I also want to put on some mass too. Any tips? I also am going to do what you said in your previous few videos. (Watched em just a few minutes ago. Any tips from anyone is appreciated. I will keep all updated going on a weekly basis.
very unlikely especially at 17, most 13 year olds don't even grow that much in that short period of time, you can realistically expect an inch and an inch would still be great progress.
i measure myself facing the wall and im 174 cm (5'8 1/2). but when i get measured by my friend and doctor (both against the wall), i get 172-172.1 cm so i think i really am just 172 cm (5'7 3/4)
jokes apart, if you didn't start puberty yet or if you didn't had any growth spurt , you'll grow a lot , and make sure you're completely healthy , health affect height but most of people don't notice that, do physical exercises and eat healthy with a nice night sleep and if you can go to doctor regularly to do mainly blood tests to see how are your hormones and you won't have problems that affect your height
Thank you for the video!!! I have a question. I am not sure about the squat topic. Because when training hard the body is boosting the amount of Growth hormone. So maybe it is good to preform the squat exercise once in 2 weeks and stretch between every set... What do you think?
Nowadays, if you're a white American man, you're not even considered a legit tall guy unless you reach 6'2". 6'0" and 6'1" was regarded as tall in the 1980's and 1990's. Times have drastically changed and men and women are much much taller. Most white women are 5'7", 5'11" in standard heels and most men are 6'2". There's an obvious reason why many sub 6' guys lie about their height and claim to be 6' when their just 5'9" or 5'11". There's a stigma. Women most of the time say that their ideal guy is a guy that's 6' and loves to make people laugh. So many sub 6' guys are wearing elevator shoes due to feeling insecure about their height.
Hi , I'm 16 and 5 feet tall. How can I increase my height to 5'8" in one year?please make a health plan and exercise plan video. Will be waiting for it
Sleep atleast 9 hours and sleep in the evening and do sport like swimming, volleyball, basketball if you don't want spend money or you don't want go out you can do the cobra's exercise at home and others stretching exercise
What techniques do you implement to grow in height Ive recently turned 21 and even though im 5 11 and not short it would be intriguing to gain that illusive inch which i can only gain via shoes etc and how can i get started
I taped a cloth tape measure to a wall. I stand with my back to the wall. I use a flat of piece of cardboard. I measure 5'9.5. At the health club using a stadiometer I was just over 5'9
wtf why am i 170cm? in the doctor's office im 176cm and i am the tallest in my class, and if i am rlly 170cm everybody are going to be 165cm which is not true at all.

Hi ! please answer. I like you try to eat about 4000 kcal, but it is very difficult to get them with clean food. Should I be afraid of sweet and high-calorie foods? chocolate, snacks, sweets ... What is more important for the body - cleanliness of food or quantity?
Don’t sugar foods a lot because they contain high estrogen which may fuse your bones making you shorter than you should. Also avoid soy including soy milk try to have a balance of cleanliness of food and lot of calories healthy food such as avacado and eggs contain lots of calories
