You can be 1 inch taller in the morning (or whenever you wake up) and shrink as much as an inch throughout the day (due to spinal compression). This happens to everyone (doesn't mean you shrunk).

This may work for a few minutes after you've done the exercises because it stretches out your spine and takes some weight off it. It's the same reason you're a bit taller after you wake up. However you usually shrink back down as the day goes on. Try measuring yourself at the end of the exercise, then measure yourself again at the end of the day

Actually I think it’s best to do this exercise twice a day. In the morning and in the afternoon or evening. I guess doing these stretches everyday will actually make your spin stretch out permanently if you do them enough. I’ve been doing it for a month, and I grew two inches. And I didn’t do the stretches for two days, and I measured myself every night of those two days, and I’m still two inches taller then I was a month ago. It’s fun too. And I measure myself yesterday night and this morning, and I’m still two inches taller, well in the morning it was three inches, but you know the mornings. And I haven’t done those stretches for a week now. I guess just keep stretching if you wanna grow taller and taller 🤷‍♀️
