How about the installation apps? Did it installed in parallels (windows) external ssd or inside mac ssd?

The entire OS was moved to the external therefore all installation apps and everything is stored on the external drive

How can i upgrade parallels to lifetime?

Not possible to get a lifetime subscription. You can crack the software though
