Because I almost entirely use transparent daniel smith watercolors, I mix Indanthrone blue, and Quin burnt orange for my black. I sometimes mix in a little cobalt blue violet too, which is only half transparent, if I need a darker black :)
I find using staining colors are deeper as they block out the light of the paper,one mix I use is permanent alizarin and thalo green,touch of thalo blue ,tfs your mixes.
