Luca mentions he uses the Liaison for drums as well, but how does he route the kick, low, and high percussion into the liaison’s A channel but still have them separate on the 2 bus+?

He is separating those elements in the 2-BUS+, in order to add HARMONICS to one and PARALIMIT to the other. Then the LIAISON is inserted on the 2-BUS+ master insert and those elements are all being effected. Or you solo and print whichever elements you want colored one at a time. You could also dedicate BUS A on the LIAISON to one pair of channels on the 2-BUS+, to affect only those and print them back.

Exploring the nuanced landscape of sound engineering through your meticulously crafted mixing template offers a compelling glimpse into the synthesis of technology and creativity. Your methodical allocation of buses, precise utilization of hardware like the Dangerous Compressor, and the SSL, along with in-the-box expansions, illustrates a sophisticated understanding of audio dynamics and harmonic texture. It's particularly fascinating how you employ expansion to dynamically manipulate transients, effectively sculpting the temporal envelope of percussive elements. 🎚🔊 Could you elucidate on the evolution of your approach, particularly how empirical observations and sonic experimentation have informed your current practices? Additionally, is there a specific mix or project that served as a pivotal moment, reshaping your conceptual and practical approach to audio processing? awesome content as always.
