+Janeil Foster seen your comment on the other video did you buy the 1 min blade modifier or was you just wondering and thinking about getting it? Tbh I spent my money on it and I wish I would've kept my money you're better off doing what the guy was doing with the stone 💯
all I gotta to say is to the person who made this video thanks a lot man I always wonder how clippers were cut off at the top thanks a lot you just save me some money good video unlike some of these other shady barbers who cant even tell how they did nice video bro
I guess Im asking randomly but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account? I somehow forgot my password. I love any assistance you can offer me!
@Tyler Zain i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im trying it out atm. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Question what is it called the thing you used after you cut it.. a “buffer” is that all I search? Allways wondered how people did this.. thanks man!! The trimmers looks beast💪🏽
trey Glover is the blade smooth tho? Most modified blades have a rough finish, that leads to only being able to line with it and not do clean up as well.
HighFlyEli yea you can cause I did my blade and it wasn’t the sharpest so I modify it twice and I just touch and go with it and it gives that crispy line
I know this is an old video and I’m not even sure you’re still active on YT but I was wondering if you zero gapped the outliners as well as sharpened the blade?
kofee daGOD keeps the clipper cooler, easier to go around the ear. And when you're going around the mustache it won't vibrate the clients nose. Just makes it more comfortable for the client and easier for the barber to see.
Can you do this with out cutting the case? Also, Can't you just make some holes around the case then glue a screen material to the hole you made, so it can breath and be less hot?, I cringed when you were cutting that case. Also if i was a customer, I would be scared seeing a neck less clipper coming at me :o/ Otherwise, Nice Mod 👍
EL EVO you can do that to help it stay cooler. But that’s just doing too much. This mod just helps go around the ear and the nose easier. You won’t have the case vibrating on their nose. I’ve yet to have a client ask why their cut. They don’t know about trimmer or barber supplies like that. It’s just clippers to them
32? Use a mirror or hard flat surface. Hold down on flat surfaces while holding at a 45 degree angle then tighten screws. Run finger across making sure you don't feel and sharpness then tighten screws. If you want to see a video please like comment or check it other videos providing this instruction.
Can I ask, what did cutting off the case do? does it make them not make noise? Man I f'd roun and dropped mine "One" freakin time and now they make noise to the point where I want to chunk'em lol...So I'm really askin bro
TFWebWorks it doesn’t make the quieter but it just helps keep them cool, easier around the ear and the nose area. Won’t have the trimmer vibrating on their nose. Just makes it more comfortable for the client
Hey, if you don't mind, while I got you here, I rock a bald head and was only using the Outliners because they were like the best clippers I could find that got me damn near bald without a razor pretty much, I'm debating on buying them again or getting some T-Edjers which I just seen today, my question is have you ever used those T-Edjers and do you think they can be used for balding better than the outliners?
I have the Andis T-Outliners and they get extremely hot in a short amount of time so barbers modify,(cut the plastic case edge) mainly because of that heat issue with these trimmers which is definitely a design flaw. But they do cut great though. And I have the And is Foil Shaver which is good but you gotta keep them clean constantly for them to cut good all the way through for a bald head. I've been shaving my head for years using razors but I've tried all kinds of shit like the foil saver and the 00000 blade for trimmers and clippers. I've even tried straight razors and all kinds of trimmer/clipper blades for a bald head but nothing comes out as good as using a double edge razor with safety blade holder. Now I'm just trying to find some good blades that last a couple of shaves. So far I use the Van Der Hagen blades that are descent.
Eager blades come presharpened, so making them sharper ain't the smartest thing to do. Plus if your line up skills aren't there, it ain't gonna matter how you modify your clippers.
Probably don’t have still him self talk shit this is the next big thing to making our tools better. We don’t have to spend money on blades over and over again.
It allows you to do precision line up's. The blades can be adjusted to work alot better and with the top end cut off it allows the barber to see exactly where hes cutting as well.
ka Ching Is ThA Sound Andis T outliners can get very hot and cutting it like In the video will prevent it from burning your client and that’s the last thing you want
What’s the purpose of cutting the clippers? Why not just sharpen the blades and put them back on the clippers? I’m not understanding the reason behind cutting the clippers? I have Andis T outliners and Andis foil shavers, I plan on ordering replacement blades and foil for about $30
Tommy Wilson Because all of these “celebrity barbers” do it, and all the followers want to “look cool” like them. They say it’s so they don’t get hot...don’t take so damn long for a haircut then!
