Thank you so much! I just got a new carbon frame bike after riding my last bike for 20-years. I had a computer on it but it was wired. I appreciate your tutorial so much, because I could not get through my head how the sensor was attached on just one size; even though that's how the instructions looked. Thanks dude I got trouble with the transmitter and the magnet part but when you skimmed the magnet near the transmitter, that’s where I made a mistake so thank you so much man :)

Would these work on a motorbike? I have a 50cc Yamaha Jog R and don’t know how to wire an actual speedo, would I just need to figure out the circumference of my wheel, set it up, and then glue the magnet to the hub of my wheel?

Does the magnet and the sensor have to be up that high? I set my magnet closer to center, where the spokes start crossing. I aligned the sensor with it. Yours is up higher, should I move mine up?

When I got mine I installed it on a 26 inch bike but I just switched everything over to a new 29 inch bike but because I'm a guy I threw away the papers so if you have yours can you tell me what numbers to enter for 29x2.25

How do you know where on the wheel to place the reader. The tire moves faster near the rim as opposed to near the hub (inner tire). Wouldn't there be different distances and speed based on where it is on the spoke/fork?

Counts tire revolutions....1 revolution is 1 revolution. Placement won't have an impact

@@garydamiter7065 Does the diameter of the wheel affect the mileage though? One revolution of a 20" wheel doesn't cover as much distance as a 26". The 26" obviously has a larger circumference. Those +/- inches each revolution would make for different readings, yes?

I am not able to put the sensor on the front wheel so I tried to put it on the back wheel, but it doesn’t work… I think it is because it is not horizontal?

I would definitely slip some inner tube under thay sensor so it has 0 chance of slipping into the spokes

I just got mine but it failed the reading test. I assume both the computer and the sensor are paired by default right? I can't find nothing in the instructions :/

If your fork width is too wide you'll have too much distance between the sensor and the magnet. The fix for me was to forget the zip ties and just tape the sensor to the inside of the fork with vinyl electrical tape.

I'm not sure if you're able to answer this question but I thought I would throw it at you anyway. About to buy computers and neither one of them are registering so I know there's something I'm doing wrong. Where are we replacing the original battery and why do they send a second battery? Either way, I replaced the battery and still no positive results. Thank you
