I was intrigued at 3:02 when you described setting the GoPro to "look down" from overhead shots that you just grabbed the camera and angled it down manually. I thought this had to be done by using the tilt lock button, have I missed something? I'd be scared of damaging the gimbal by just tilting it manually as I'd have thought the servos would be trying to keep it level? Thanks.
Anyone got any ideas for mounting karma Grip for snowboarding? Already used it to on helmet and pole, didn’t like it on chest mount for snowboarding - anyone got any creative ideas??
Cool videos. To add to this setup, you can buy the extension for the karma and mount the karma with a bicycle / handlebar mount to the base of the extension pole,so the weight is at the bottom and the controls for the GoPro.
Yeah I think it would be stable enough for skiing. I would just be afraid of falling and destroying the Karma Grip. But if you don’t fall very often then you should be good to go.
Got the karma el Grande grip on you’re advice. Looking to buy a gimbal, not sold on the battery life of it. What’s second on you’re list of product out there ? Thx
I think my next choice after the karma grip would be the Removu S1. I have never used it before but seeing reviews on youtube it really looks like a great choice.
