75% of the jobs we do here in Sydney Australia have stairwells tighter than that, and you can't use straps. We place wrapping blankets on the bannisters and have a dolly (4 wheeler) at the top of the landing to move it around.

Where is your shoulder dolley? Seems like it would have helped. I noticed you improvised with the forearm forklift.

I would of had that thing up like noting. Next time use a body strap and put it standing up since you have a sharp turn in those staris 😉
