I bought a new Iphone and when I logged into icloud I saw that a lot of my pictures weren't there, so I deleted all of them from icloud and then my old phone started putting my images from beginning, but suddenly it stopped at 1300 images and it's not moving at all, I am sure that I have enough space so I don't know where the problem is and how to make it continue putting stuff on icloud. Nothing happened after tapping download photos or videos. After tapping, it switched again iphone sync and blue tick went to *download and keep originals*

My I cloud is full so I want to transfer data into my iPhone storage but as u show downloads photos and videos I have not seen in my phone I only see turn off and delete from iCloud
