Honestly it's embarrassing that the industry standard pretty much best program for document creation can't do something as simple as dragging pages to rearrange them
For technical documents that contain a lot of screen grabs like my work requires I pretty much abandoned Word long ago. Powerpoint is a lot easier. I'm going to convert either to pdf before publishing so it really doesn't matter. Word just seems so 1990s to me.
It blows my mind my how difficult MS WORD is to use. As a graphic designer, I've been using it for designing and creating templates for a client. There are 20 steps for something as simple as adding page numbers. Now, 45 steps to rearrange pages?! Unbelievable. It's 2024, MS needs to get it together. Thank you for the video, its just that MS Word has been driving me crazy!
I used a resume template as needed for an assignment, and there were no headers/footers used. If I add them in now, I would have to redo the first half of the entire assignment (the footer chops off most of the text at the bottom as well as runs right through a line of text as well and I don't know how to move it to the bottom) and its due on the 26th of this month. Is there a way to move an entirely blank page to the BOTTOM of the "list" of pages? As textboxes were used so I am unable to simply click the bottom of the last page and add the blank page there. Sadly I'm spending more time trying to figure this out than working on the actual assignment itself and this shouldn't be.
Hi, have you a video which deals with gaps between tables? I am working on a document and page 1 has a few lines and a small table, but then it goes to page 2 and I can't find a way to bring the content from page 2 to run on from that table🥴
Mine does not look like that after hitting navigation. It is completely different. I do not know how to or see how to get to this. There s nothing that says headings or pages.
It’s sad that if you have multiple pages out of order it would be easier to convert to a pdf, easily arrange all pages in Adobe Acrobat, then convert back to Word format. Thanks Microsoft.
Why is it so freakin hard to do this ?!, everytime i try to get back to Microsoft software i end up covered in a penetrating smell of sh$t, it takes time to learn but Latex is superior in every concibable way.
