Today, we're showing you a simple Korean meal that we've been eating regularly before our climbing sessions to help cut weight. In Korea, it's called Myeongran (Salted Pollack Roe) Bap. We will lightly season the salted pollack roe to up the flavor and pair it with sliced avocados, along with a simple, purple cole-slaw. It packs plenty of protein (clean energy) while being light on the stomach. Try it out if you have a Korean mart nearby!
