Katie's mom introduced us to an absolutely delicious tofu banchan called Tofu Bokkeum (known as Dubu Bokkeum). Firm tofu pieces are pan-fried, then tossed with kwari peppers & button mushrooms. Don't forget about that amaazzzing sauce! Neighbors, this has become our new favorite banchan!!

I love the transition from Daniel to Katie. There was even background music added to emphasize it went from Daniel to Katie to make sure her presence is known. This video is different than the ones in the past just by the added emphasis to not only Katie but to Daniel as well. I'm super happy you guys finally got married. Congrats to you both. I saw you both very relaxed. The food looks appetizing. I have 2 questions, how can we distinguish firm tofu from others? It is not sold here as a firm or any other kind with label. I just know that the ones I've bought before are quickly crumbly. do you have an idea?Also, I usually find sesame oil blended with soy. I think it’s ok. Katie, I did not miss your hair, too beautiful, you both shine brightly.

That korean tradition sounds like something a new brides family made up on the spot, like: Mother in law: yeah now that you're married to have to stop by our home. New son in law: why? MIL: its tradition Son: but why? MIL: you have to. Also you need to make me dinner. Son: uhhhh MIL: bring homemade kimchi or it'll bring bad luck and your marriage will end in disaster.
