you can demand and they may give in at the time of joining but once you are in they will get some reason or the other for not to give you any extra money, simple as that
Yes they won't if you talk verbally. But if you included it in the employment bond, they can't. Otherwise they may face legal issues which affect their goodwill the most
Yep and I beleive as HR not any decision on those mostly account level managers will do that, for experience mostly Account level managers will decide (offer letter and salary , position etc)
I negotiated better than this. The hr then told me we have a candidate ready to join for less salary and she didn’t counter me at all. I am still struggling for the job now.
Always, be polite with the HR and don't show tantrums just because you have been shortlisted. In most cases, they already have the backup ready and you will never know why you never received a call back from HR after that conversation on salary (if you were rigid).
Ye sabse badi bewkufi hai. Jitna negotiations karna hai joining pe kr lena chahiye. Uske baad to wo apko aisa feel karayenge jese you are useless & they are doing charity by giving you salary. 6 months review kab 1 saal khinch jayega kuch nahi kar paoge kyuki you don’t have any job in hand
Yes I did and thanks for giving me time to review. I do have some query regarding the salary. Durring the interview we discussed the skills and experience that I have are directly aligned to the job requirements. This will help you to get the project running and I will add lot of value to company. And I have done some research about the salary over the ambitionbox and glassdoor. It's below the market average. That's really disappointing. But I understand your situation. Can we agrre to review my salary in 6 months months because I truly believe that I will add lot of value to the company. It will be great if I get everything that we have discussed in writing and as soon as I get that I will sign the offer letter.
😂😂😂😂 whatever negotiation you do it should be before joining, no one will review salary after 6 months, because companies have fixed appraisal cycle.. also after 6 months you won't be eligible for appraisal. If you don't have clear understanding don't guide people, you should understand what is really possible..
It's just a show off. after 6 months they will increase 2000-5000 salary only. Better Kick out these offers. I don't know who gave the right to discuss salary to HR Department. it should be transparent between candidate and Manager himself. HR don't know anything about work and talent of candidate. Sometimes, HR is going to mislead you to get you in company.
Hello ma'am, I am persuing Masters of Human resource management from AMU. And now it is difficult for me to find out HR job role as a fresher. Please help me out, and is there any opportunities for freshers, please let me know. Thanks for really consideration for my message.
Arey, this is a very foolish video. Don't mislead people. There is no use of saying such long and meaningless sentences. Nobody will review your salary 6 months after joining. Any salary you get would be while joining only. The best way of negotiating is showing other offers and then rejecting below market offers.
In Indian market this type of negotiation don't work. Even if HR provide it in writing, what will you do if the HR quits or they just give you 1% hike just for sake of commitment fulfillment. Better is to stick to the number (consider market salary and your experience) and never accept the addOns like joining bonus, or review in coming 6 months.
Take the offer letter...and use it for counter offers from other companies while serving the notice period of current organization ... simple. Try to get multiple offers
@@RubinaSiddique-tv3uc take the first offer letter. And put the paper from your current organisation, notice period will get start and then you will get another interviews from different different companies ,try to qualifies and get the multiple of a letters while showing them the last counter offer, eventually you will get much package from your first offer letter.
@@mohamedyaseen5905 example currently you are earning 10 lpa... Take first offer letter of 14-15 lpa.... And if you will get another interview show them your existing counter offer (14-15lpa). Telling them that are holding an offer letter... They will increase to 16-17lpa.. if you get another interview and if you tell them that you are holding the current offer letter of 16 lpa.. if they are ok they will also increase and give you 17-18 or 19lpa....
This is absolutely insane, once you have signed the offer nothing can happen, a company without budget will never have any budget internally or externally. Never even accept offer if you are not aligned rather you could try to get some benefits, like joining bonus, fix variables, allowances , shares etc
Idiotic conversation. Laughable simply. Before making this shorts you must mention the context and background of which society you are talking. Is is European market , Japanese market or under paid India and it's subcontinent? India is a country where union government of India has not even been able to protect and safeguard the employee from exploitation without legal adherence and you are making this conversation in the backdrop of this exploitative society.
Normally they won't review your salary in six months time and request to be addressed in yearly cycle. Which is when it's all as per your performance. But yes better to be upfront and ask for an x amount and enter because the future is unknown 🙂
That is the worst bargain you will get… first if any company is paying you below market level.. you are bound to be unsatisfied in your stint… secondly HRs may promise you something but internally salaries are decided by how your project is doing … so not an good example
You will never…. And i mean never.. get a salary hike after 6 months. Never fall for that trap. If a company is not willing to offer you a salary as per your expectations and give you stupid excuse of budget constrains, by no magic will they get a budget in middle of year to offer you an out of cycle salary increment. They will also not put it in writing and even if they do they will put it as performance based which means they will eat up your next years bonus too. This is a massive HR red flag, never join a company that agrees so easily to increase of salary in 6months or refuse to discuss your salary expectations.
Better to accept the offer and use that offer as a counter offer for other companies. When 4,5 days remaining to join the company then simply say that you got more salary job and say you can join the company if they provide more salary. This is the perfect time to get higher package.
Disclaimer: Yeh ghatnaye keval kaalpnik hain... inka asli zindagi ya asli kirdaaro se koi lena dena nahi hai... Kripya yeh dekh kar jyada uttejit na ho aur apne vivek se kaam le. Agar sahi mein job chhiye toh HR ke saamne hawabaazi na kare... Dhanyavaad. 😊 P.s. Such kind of Negotiation would probably work if you're being considered for a very high position and already have a reputation for turning around the company performance. But that's not the reality for majority of the viewers.
There is nothing like after 6 Months..once you move to the new company, even if you have everything in writing to review in next 6 months, they will say that your skills were not upto the match and we cannot increase your salary. Now you are stucked..
No company increases the salary once you are in. They have one fucking line that every managers and seniors will use when you ask for pay raise "I agree you are the top performer and great employee however we cannot increase the salary like this because if we did it for you then all other employee will start demanding the same. Your salary will increase as a normal hike annually. If you want you can take leaves, we will approve it right away. You can also work in hybrid mode if you want but a salary hike is not possible".
Hr be like:- we will check it after 6 month, right if you wanna join it's great or else we have lot other candidate to join on this salary we are offering.😂😂😂😂😂
Ye sab pagalpanti ki vajha se maine job karne ko bye bye kar Diya.. or business start kiya.. now i earn 3lakhe per month.. Guys, if you have any skills, then sell those skills online. You can make a hell of a lot of money from that, and after that, use that money to start multiple businesses. I have two hotels now and an online business too. I'm not against jobs. just understand what i want to say.. khud ki company start kro ❤
hey i am looking for some business communication skills... could you please helpe me with that.. client communication same way you mentioned about interview
Nahh !! Me being an HR I will disagree. No one does a revision inbetween, and as a recruiter may commit - it’s not possible … it takes business approvals, check on delivery of the individual and other aspects of considering people hired in same role and salary - so it’s a big NO! I am from a big 4
Ask in writing for a salary increase at a minimum rate after a certain amount of time. Not some vague agreement to review the salary. A review can mean anything and have zero outcome. For example if i meet xyz targets in abc duration then i want an increase of X amount or Y%
6months ? Lol done u r in soup, no increment and all once u r in. HR guys want to get u in may what come, so ask for ur salary before u get in, max what they can say is "this is all we can do" nothing more than that they say, but if u really believe u r going to get something after 6 months just because u got it in writing then u r fooled my friend.
Mujhe samajh me nhi aata jab engrage log Hindi me interview nhi dete na hi sikhte hein to fir hum bhi English me interview kyun dete hei jab ki kam me jaruri v nhi hei😢

Hii sister, I really like your videos seems very helpful,I have a doubt sister ,is there any problem if we didn't join the company at joining date or join at the company after one week of joining date we face any consequences for that
