So I know I've been gone for a while, and while I've been gone, I've done a lot of thinking, reflecting, and working on myself. As I continue to work on improving myself, I realize that trying to do it alone is really difficult. So I thought it would be best to involve you guys in this journey. I am starting a series called The Depression Antidote. I think depression is something all of us suffer from every now and then, and it feels almost impossible to break through it. But there are tools we can use to help us combat it, and this is one of the tools I've learned. So the next time life gets tough, try to use these skills to help you overcome that hump.
