How to notice that your in a CYCLE 

I've noticed throughout life that you end up going through cycles and changes. If you aren't, you're not evolving or growing. Nature is a big indication that we are meant to shed old and start new. Sometimes, these are scary choices we have to make, old friendships that die off. Or even big moves we have to make. But ultimately, change is inevitably. I've found it's very effective to become aware of oneself and your standpoint in life. When you figure out your position and how you function as an individual. Life becomes way more manageable, you become way more resilient also you can make more educated, better choices for yourself.
