It's easy to get identified with the healing process. Something breaks or hurts us, a lost realative a difficult childhood. We spend time trying to think of ways to fix ourselves. Going back through to replay things, imagining things going a different route. We hold on and keep our pain to carry round in the Healing Journey mini bus as luggage. Maybe we need to stop journeying on and seek the root of our suffering. Through turning round into our darkness we start to rediscover different ways of treating trauma and pain. A lot of it comes down to self torture. reinventing and recreating events, that sadness that we've become used too.
in this video I talk about a few ways that's helped me in difficult times. It is truly amazing what the human mind, body and spirit a capable of. Only if your willing to push them through difficulty and pain.
