@bricklayersworldwithandy6277 it it true, jobs like ours take their toll. I try to keep up to me stretching and yoga. Keeps some flexibility and hopefully some longevity, too 👍
I already have hair down past my shoulders, will my hair still be able to freeform dread itself? I already don’t really brush it that much but idk how tf it’s possible for my hair to do it by itself 😂
It will begin to attach itself. The only thing with lengthier hair is that it can start to knot anywhere up or down the strand. Makes for some loops sometimes
I got straight hair bro im white and want to start my dreads, it’s hard to keep them locked up, I hate havin straight hair, I have been trying to crochet them to lock them up I’ve got about 3 now lol

This is the only social media I got I got a email or Snapchat that's it and of course a phone number. I've had to wear a head wrap. I can't separate or brush them back out. But I had to do this! I got the notary balls Matt's and a huge one in the back that I can barely get to

Took a lot for me to realise I was stuck in cycles, after a long time I decided to make a drastic change and the affects this has had on my physical and mental health has been incredible, love the videos bro keep it up g 💪
Oh I've definitely fallen into a cycle. A bad cycle. Relapsed and haven't been able to stop lately. I really need to put effort into quitting. I'm not happy. I thought I wasn't happy when I was sober but I'm definitely less happy now that I'm using again. Thanks for the video! Are you not growing your dreads back? Or did you decide not to?
It takes time but you know what you need to do 💪 im not growing the dreads back. They hold a significant point in my life but I've shed that skin now ❤️
If you train the front of your chest muscles, remember to train the muscles on the back to balance your shoulders. You can do body rows. Also face-pulls. Go to the end of your bed wth your arms over the edge, belly-down, and lift two light dumbbells ither side of your face from the floor.
It is worth keeping in mind that around 2% of the population of any country is born with certain mental hardware deficiencies. These people are also known as "psychopaths." They can only be happy by sucking life energy from the normal people around them. There are different levels of pschopathy. They are not all ax murderers. Most psychopaths are just the everyday nasty people. These people can not make a choice to be happy. The hardware in the human brain that enables people to be happy in themselves, is lacking in psychopaths. They only manipulate the people around them in order to attack them and in so doing suck life energy from their victims. They can not be happy from an animal such as a dog coming home wagging it tail. If anything, they will abuse the dog so they feel powerful and in control of the animal. This is the only way they can be happy. As life goes on these psychopaths end up alone because everybody around them does not want to have anything to do with them. Even members of their own families. And so the dark energy that is within the psychopath, then eats him or her alive to their death.
Physical activity is the number "ONE" thing that makes us happy or sad. It is so obvious. We have a physical body for a reason. Use it or lose it. 🤷♂️ Kids in third world countries like the ones in Morocco that you witnessed as being some of the happiest people you'd ever meet, are extremely physically active. They are outdoors all day playing around with friends. That is the reason for them being happy natured. Some people say: "I don't want to go out because I am depressed." The truth is they are depressed because they do not go outdoors.
What about leaving a cavity gap between the outside wall and the insulation, to prevent water transfer and humidity from the outside wall to the insulation?
