Hello bro do you think it’s a good idea to work on your business and not in your business from the start . What I mean is that you hire freelancer from the start to deliver the service, while you doing sales call , and if the freelancer is good you keep him in your team and little by little you hire more people and keep growing !

Nah bro, the owner needs to learn how to wear all the hats before he learns how to wear none. If your media buyer decides to leave for a better offer then you’re screwed? You just going to not deliver any results until you find a new media buyer? Learn to deliver yourself

In the beginning when you don't know how to do the service delivery, you can leverage the media buyer to 1. get quick results for your clients and 2. learn from the media buyer how he does it. Meaning, that's how your learn how to do the service delivery from the media buyer. It will be a lot quicker and easier than trying to figure it out yourself by trial and error. And on top of that, you're actually learning from somebody who already has a proven recipe for your niche & service. Hopefully that makes sense! 💪💪

Just one of them for now bro. I have friends in both fields and they're similar, but not the exact same. HVAC is all the heating and cooling in someone's house, and an electrician could be doing a bunch of different electrical work from lighting, to power sources for other appliances, etc. Im not Max but figured I'd give you the reply anyway lol. Later down the line you could expand helping other businesses if you want to. But there's more than enough to only help one niche. Hope that helps! 💪💪

Hey, my guy, great question! So the software know the name of the person that booked the call. It's basically a placeholder code the pulls the name from the CRM. Might sound a bit confusing but it's very simple! Will go over it in detail in the course 💪💪

We want custom creatives from our clients, so we don't help them to shoot the photos or record the videos, but we do provide them with templates showing what has worked for our other clients, so that they can just pretty much copy paste it. I don’t understand your asking for money and a contract before a onboarding call? I thought it would be 1st you have a call with them discuss what they want 2. Send them the contact + payment + email template Then maybe 3. The client survery?!?!?!?!?!?
You might have figured it out by now, but anyway, the onboarding call usually comes after the discovery call and signing the contract/payment. It seems like you're confusing the discovery and onboarding calls. I hope this help
