Thank you for this awesome video. It would have been much more helpful. If people on your chat site have have told me about these videos I asked them for a video just like this, and there was no mention of it whatsoever. Next biggest challenge I have found is how to turn my own paintings and drawings into acceptable digital form. There doesn’t seem to be a mention of the digital quality and how to obtain it. I know that digital quality is imperative, particularly with artwork on a large scale canvas once again I thank you for this awesome video. This is exactly what I was looking for.

This video is helpful - but PLEASE make a video showing how to size a design for shirts in Monster Digital. The print ginormous - your mockup make the design look teeny tiny - but when you receive your shirt they are ginormous. I understand the other POD will adjust the design per shirt size - but Monster does not - so its almost a guessing game. Please do a video tutorial!!

Hi there! It all depends on where you plan on selling to ! On our platform, you're able to set the currency you sell in and the currency you wish to receive payments in as well.
Then how about delivery time ?? How can I control it ? How to change the delivery rate ? And how to change the shipping rate and fee ?? Hi, You pay 20 cents when it is published and is charged whether you sell the item or not. help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360035902374-Etsy-Fee-Basics?segment=selling. The fee is automatically added to your payment account when you publish an item and will charged on the payment method you've added, which could be a credit card.
Can I add a product through Printify to an already existing Etsy store? In other words, can I have some products in my Etsy store fulfilled through Printify and other products not fulfilled through Printify?

I have been trying to do free shipping for my products. Once I have free shipping on my etsy, you say to go back to my products on printify and change to free shipping. However, I have not found one product that gives me the option to switch to free shipping, whether it is while I am creating it, or when I want to change after. Am I doing something wrong, or does this option not exist anymore? Thanks for the help
Thanks, as always, everything you share is perfect! I started the process of creating my Etsy store with my buyer account, but I stopped the process and would like to open my store from a new account with a new email. In the process I stopped, I entered my personal data (full name, ID, and address), but when I clicked save and continue, they weren't saved because I was missing a section. That means these details don't appear in that section of the store process now. My question is, if I open a new Etsy store with a new account, will that information still be stored on Etsy somehow, and will Etsy penalize my new store for using the same details as the first one, even though they don't appear in the first one? Hi there, The fee is added as soon as a listing is published (active) on Etsy. The listing fee is charged regardless of whether the listed item sells or not.

Hi there, Printify can't pull funds from Etsy so you need to add a payment method to your Printify account. It can be credit/debit card or PayPal. The money your customer pays you will go to your sales platform, which can be withdrawn from there. The payment method you have connected to Printify is what's used to pay for the products.

@@Printify please consider setting up a POD branded site in the future too. CafePress is terrible and most other don't offer invitations, banners, etc. I looked at your site's products and it's very similar to Zazzle. I had heard VistaPrint had thought about it but it was years ago.
Just to be clear, when you make a sale on Esty, printify charges me right away for the product, then I wait the time period for Esty to send me the money or does the payment go straight to printify then they send the 'left over' to my paypal? Cheers, sorry for the question.
Hi there! Once the order is received on your sales channel, it is automatically imported into Printify and sent to production based on your order approval settings. However, as Printify can’t directly withdraw funds from your sales channel, the production price of the product and its shipping fee are charged to your linked credit/debit card or your Printify balance. To sum it up: your customers buy from you, and you buy from us.
Hi there, It shouldn't affect the Printify connection if you're renewing a listing that's already connected to Printify. Once you've set up your second shop, you can connect that to the same Printify account so you can manage all your Etsy shops from one Printify account 😃.

Tell the truth: *The limit to elements in a design. *The additional 20¢ that will be charged to "republish" and that any changes you had made to your item discretion will disappear. *Mention that merchant support can't troubleshoot and won't connect you directly to technical support. *That the price suggested doesn't factor in Etsy fees.

If the order has already been sent to production, then it may not be possible to cancel because the print provider may already have started fulfilling the order. However, you can reach out to our support team who will reach out to the print provider and attempt to cancel the order free of charge. You can read more about cancelling orders here help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483630248465-How-do-I-cancel-or-edit-an-order- Also, keep in mind that you should have a clear cancellation policy for your store. This is where you can state that if customers cancel an order after a certain amount of time, they may not be eligible for a refund as products are made to order.
