I have this model in grey and have been using it with zero problems for 2+ years now. Happy with it. Although this video should have had some commentating in it.

This unit dries with condensation, and the lint is removed with the drainwater. there is a drain filter that can be checked periodically, located on the front right of the machine, behind the small door.

I absolutely hate this thing. my apartment has it and it is the worst thing they could have chosen. Nothing dries will only wash on hot no matter what I choose so it shrunk my clothes. absolutely awful .

Most ridiculous machine ever. How the hell do you get it to just dry. When you select auto dry, it says 4 hours or more and “highest” - no way to select anything else. Seriously, 4 hours to dry? Wtf?! Also, how the hell is it supposed to dry without being connected to a vent? I’m in a rental property and stuck with the piece of crap. I would never in a million years buy this machine. It is the most unintuitive junk I’ve even come across in my life. At least I think it washed something. I’ll just hang dry my clothes. What a hassle. MagicFAiL is what this is!!!!

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you are unhappy with the Washer/Dryer in your property. Being a ventless dryer, this unit requires no external venting. it uses heat and condensation to draw the water out of the clothes, and it is expelled through the drain. This process does take longer than a conventional dryer. It is recommended to dry in small loads.
