@nicklopez5298 the bunk heater will tell the truck to turn on automatically if the battery gets low

Thank you for the demonstration. I get tired of waking up to start the truck for heat then fall back asleep just to wake up hot and sweaty to turn off the engine.

Might have to get it checked out by a shop.

My boss told me have to run engine for a/c

It’s for heat only. If you want AC you have to run engine or you have to have APU behind the truck with its own diesel tank.

It only keeps it hot. You can turn thr knob to the cold side and that will make it to where its not kicking you out of your truck

Bunk AC is a different unit control panel.

Is it shutting off right away?

@@TravelWithRick313 mine has a little thermostat to the right of the hot and cold dial and I've turned it up to 85 and still nothing and my dam truck shuts off after 5 minutes so I can't even leave the truck running for heat. I'm freezing again. I was in Pa. Last night and woke up at same time freezing. I took it to our shop and they said batteries r brand new Yet the thermostat is beeping so I shut it off cause someone said it beeps if low battery.

The battery is reading 12.7

@@FatgirlMickey sounds like a shop issue. Possibly bad batteries

u can set the time for 10 hours. the lvd is there so u dont wake up to a dead battery in the truck
