I am very new to paragliding, learning with Ocean Wingz Thailand for 10 hours and I just had my 1st 3 flights, the last one ended up landing in the palm plantation but am ok. Still need to practice more. Thank you for your vdo, it’s fun to watch.
Happy to know you have been entertained by me 😊. In the beginning is normal to do mistakes. I have done as well a bunch of them. Hang in there, keep on flying, practice and you will be very good soon. Safe and fun flights 👍
I feel ya, I started recently and on my 8th or 9th flight I wound up landing in a tree, the wind kicked up to 20 mph out of nowhere and I was too far down wind from LZ and almost made the LZ but couldn’t penetrate the wind, hit the tree on the edge of LZ, I didn’t get hurt and was able to get my glider out of the tree without damage, I definitely need more practice also
What? Haha, that's really cool. I will definitely try to do it even faster. They use a different technique and different wings. I'm not saying this to sound like an excuse, I know that they are real pros. I think I can pack it faster but never in 34 seconds. I would need to learn that special technique 😅🤔
😂😂😂 I wish I would have a van tho... Usually I walk up the mountain. But you are right... Is great to pack your glider fast if the van driver wants to drive without you 😅
The wing was already prepared, It Is cheating 😁 Next time try It as you just landed: wing in a mess and everything on the back, stop the clock when you have It all in the bag.
