How to pack lunch box with ready to eat podi
Here is a guide to pack any ready to eat podi of your choice.
This is a sample video you can mix an match anything of your choice
A. Rice (Carb)
Parboiled Rice/ Basmati Rice - 2.5 cups (Cooked)
B. Vegetables (2 to 3 cup)
Peas - 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 1.5 cups (Chopped)
Green Gram Sprouts - 1/4 cup
Carrot - Handful (Grated)
C. Tempering spices of your choice
Peanut Oil - 1.5 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - Few
D. One nut/seed
Pumpkin Seeds - 1 tbsp
E. Flavours
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - As Required (Lesser than the usual quantity)
F. Any Ready to Eat podi
Any ready-to-eat powder/ podi - 3 tsp + 1.5 tsp
G. Fat for binding and not keeping the rice dry
Ghee - 1 tsp
Others for flavour
Coriander Leaves - For Garnishing (Finely Chopped)
