I use kraft brown paper in my journal 🫣. I know it makes it more difficult ( at least I hope that is part of my problem 🤣). I really appreciate all the knowledge you share in your videos.

Different paper types can make a difference on how your water and paints react, but ya know what… you can do whatever you enjoy or want to do!! That type of poppy has only 4 petals!!!!!!. Look it up. Nevertheless, nice painting work.

Actually, this breed is an “Orientale Orange Scarlet” Poopy Flower, and although the oriental breed typically grow 4 petals, they can have up to 6 petals. I based this painting off of a reference picture that I took myself at a next door neighbors house, so I do not believe I’m mistaken in this case.
