I think I will do a tutorial mid to late January on how I did this style of basing. The snow is just Valhallan Blizzard from Citadel Colour. I just applied it in patches after I did the rocks and mud.

Yeah, I generally use cheap brushes for most painting I do. I will admit I am not a huge fan of the new brand Walmart started carrying in my area. the brand they had before was better. But, I wanted to give them a try and see how they work.
