15mm and smaller are my very favourite scales! Epic has always been my first love. So few folks give this scale the attention that it deserves and I loved coming across your content! :) Keep them coming!
Yes Eldar! One of my EA armies is Saim-Haan, although its using the older miniatures generally. You really need a whole pile of bikes for Saim-Haan, they are fragile as hell but a blast to play. Lovely painting, the blue crystal is perfect for the crystal
Fantastic guide thanks, have been using this as the basis for painting my Eldar army, the reds just really rock and makes the whole army look really rich and vibrant on the battlefield. Takes a while to do all these coats with a brush but totally worth it, thanks!
Looks nice. To avoid having your reds looking too orange (when mixing yellow to highlight) or pink (when using white) you can actually highlight red with flesh tones. After your final highlight you can glaze with red ink to bring the highlights back to red but retain the contrast.
Hey Vince! We chatted some months ago about the origins of Epic and since then I fell in love with a game in similar scale: Dropzone Commander. There is a sister game called Dropfleet Commander. They were originally made by a company called Hawk Wargames but a few years ago the game was sold to TTCombat. I do think what Hawk Wargames did was superior, so I’ve gobbled up all I could for both games. I highly recommend you check them out. They pretty much have ruined other games for me right now. The channel OnTableTop covered the games pretty extensively.
@@BUNKER6 Just so I can sleep at night, if you go down that rabbit hole, stick with the Hawk Wargames rulebooks. They are packed with amazing art, pictures, and fluff, whereas the TTCombat ones are kind stripped down to bare minimums and don’t do a good job of sucking you into the universe. And their format isn’t as good. Dropzone Commmander 1.1 rulebook, Reconquest Phase 1, and Reconquest Phase 2 are the way to go.
Also, the original Hawk Wargames Dropfleet rulebook over Battle For Earth. The Battle For Earth is more of a supplement, but I saw TTCombat was putting that book into the Dropfleet sets now and that makes no sense.
Good video keep it up bro, by the way I've noticed that your videos about vehicles have more visits I think you should do some about painting felblades tanks, etc and dreadnoughts I think that will attract more audience making your amazing channel grow :D
in those videos you should use 3d printers also show the process and how you did it you can even make a whole video about the tutorial, another video idea would be that you can do conversions but using blender , this channel has a lot of potential and your work is excellent take care bro 👍
3D printing is an interesting idea for sure. A bit of a time investment to learn printing along with blender. But for sure will grow into that I’m sure.
@@BUNKER6 apply static grass to PVA glue, then get the charged balloon and hover directly over it. The electromagnetic field is something the grass can then align to. Works best if you apply the grass twisting it between your fingers, like adding spices to your dish.
@@MrZauberelefant Bro! You saved me so much hassle making a grass applicator! Now I just need to get my cat to stand still while I rub him with a balloon.
