sha ville no, but I asked a family member and they said depending on how dark the wall originally is, (say you have a dark blue wall) give it a coat of white then apply the new paint. Alternatively as for me, I applied the new grey paint right on top of my old green wall and just applied more layers of Grey if the green was still Visible. What colour are your walls and what new colour do you want to paint them in?

Im confused why would what he showed in the video not work for your situation? Why would You not simply buy the paint you want with the"hide" that he showed and do 2 coats...???

Big asbestos risk.! The popcorn ceilings from 1970 till now are harmless. Plastic and tarp the floor use a pump sprayer to soak 5×5 square feet at a time and scrape it of with any long handled blade or scraper and slowly find the angle that lets. Shave off. A good trick is to scrape onto a small tarp or crate and keep te plastic covered floor clean. You can easily fuck yourself up if it is asbestos and you get it every where! You can kill your freinds and b family if asbestos is all over house. Treat all older popcorn cielings like it is asbestos and take appropriate precautions. Dont take it light unless your the only one exposed. Use throw away tyvac suit and half mask often Purple Yellow fikters are what you want if your not sure. Particulate and organic compounds are filtered out.You know your going to do it and not test it so just pretend its asbestos and you'll be fine. Asbestos sucks and now its legal for use in america. The bags of asbestos this administration has procured are from Russia with Putin's face on the Package! Not a bi g deal but after a decade of removing asbestos and lead from schools, stores and hospitols yiu name it. I felt like I was making a difference but now if asbestos is being brought back into the urban enviornment and used in construction projects, then it will undo all that work people risk there lives to take it out of our population centers and stuff it the mines t came from. Copperapolis in California by Yosemite valley was an asbestos mining town and now makes its money accepting loads of asbestos and putting it back where it came from.. Canada sell asbestos to other countries but cant use it in Canada. America is ready for the return if that filthy crap.

@@madellynpineda5020 Think of asbestos like cotton candy. It's stringy and fibrous and is really good at insulating stuff. The problem is, all those little fibers get into the air and can be inhaled into your lungs. Sadly, people got REALLY sick as your body reacts massively to asbestos if it sits in your lungs. So, just like lead paint, they banned it, but some older houses can still have some around.

It comes off with nail varnish but you aren't wrong. Absolute pain to get it off
