Hi Cheryl, fortunately wasn't dropped! I love those florals - they're beautiful! My favorite flowers - peony & hydrangea. You reminded me that my mom would buy art at yard sales just for the frames. She painted with oils but usually did not reuse the canvas.

I think you should place the water and then add your colour to it. You may end up tidying it up later or not...depending on how it looks ❤

Inspiring, great ideas. Sorry if you answered this already, but are you using hot press H20 color paper? The paint seems to glide on... or perhaps it’s the fluid acrylic that makes it appear that way? TY ❤

The paper is just the stratmore 140 lb watercolor paper. I also used ARTEZA Watercolor Paper 140. It is the highly pigmented golden that seems to be the major way it glides!!

the pen I used is a deco art gold pen, there are many tips, i like both the chisel and the fine tip. if you cannot find them, I have them in ny storefront under writing tools. amzn.to/4bGy63R thank you for watching until the end!!!
