When he mentions vaseline for kitbashing, I totally agree with that. I tend to apply vaseline to my ringpiece before I enter the games workshop store because you know they like to go in dry at the checkout.

Thanks for introducing me to Dice N Demons, that vibrant cross hatching technique has made me excited about painting again! The fluorescent yellow/green parts remind me of the 1980's 2000AD artwork that was so influential on rogue trader.

Loved the cross-hatching tutorial! Reminded me of the anime-style painting of gunpla...adheres to the realistic lighting while not being realistic in coloration. So unique in it's execution!

I don't necessarily watch all your videos, but I'm very glad I tuned in to the whole length here. This was a really great concept and equally solid execution. I learned from most of it some very useful things and each contributor was entertaining as well as informative of their concept. It also got me exposed to people I'd either forgotten about or who are completely new to me. One of the best hobby videos I've ever seen. Bravo.

There is no replacement for you buddy but Ninjon goes along way to stop our withdrawals.... he’s kinda like the methadone of our hobby stops the harsher symptoms with no high... his humorous antics help

Oh wow, congrats on the twins! Haven't been caught up with the channels I subscribe to the last few months because we also had a kid! It's hectic those first few months, then gets better (obviously) so now I am back painting minis when I can (and it feels great being back in action).

Man it was great seeing Pete here,by far the best conversion channel I've seen so far! Also since I'm just getting into 3d printing myself it was awesome to have 3d PT show up. I've got no problems with just sanding out supports etc since I go through rather over the top cleanup process even with plastic kits but it's nice to see that there are ways to minimize them showing up,just in case I actually want to make manual supports one day. Also it's always nice to hear Ninjon talk about how he stores junk as if he was a skyrim NPC.

This episodes have been a blast of information, tips and tricks, good to know stuff with some of the Hobbys greatest. One of my fav channels is Angel Giraldez, I think he is one of Infinity painters. He has even published mini painting guides

The 3d printing "prime it" tip, brought up something I've curious never seen any mini painter do. It's an old school scale-modeler's technique: when you're scraping moldlines and filling/cleaning joints, give the line/fill a quick semi-dry brush with a bright metallic silver. This will very quickly highlight any spots you've missed.

I love that Bastilodon, I've been really tempted to get into AoS lately and I'd probably go with Seraphon if I did! Take me back to the awesome WFB 6th edition box set with Bretonnian's and Lizardmen. Now I just wish AoS had a Bretonnia faction!
