The new SF 60 Flash and SF C1 Remote Control finally bring multi-channel wireless TTL flash functionality to Leica shooters. But, pairing the units together can be a bit confusing. In this video, Victor will walk you through how to pair the units together and test them to make sure you're ready to shoot.

You missed out the most important part, the SF60 needs to be in the remote control ABC mode by selecting one of the A, B, or C groups. No wonder so many people can't get their flash units to pair!

Are the Panasonic/Olympus flashes compatible with TL cameras? I understand that Leica uses two sets of protocols depending on the series. I'm hoping to be able to share flash between a Panasonic S1 and a Leica TL2/3 (i.e. L Mount Alliance). Thanks :)

Hello sir can you just use SF60 on the SL2 Leica without using the SF C1 to pair them and if yes how do you do. I try manually with the SF60 on my camera but I can't get the flash working please help.

I have no trouble directly attaching the flash (SF40 or 60) to the SL2-S via TTL and working , but cannot get the get flash to work the same way with the SL-2. Im hoping not to use the remote control. Any suggestions? Thx

Does anybody know how to do a factory reset on the SF-60 and SF C1? I've read through the manuals for these devices and there is no information. I need to do this because the interface on the SF C1 is not matching the SF60. Most annoying is that I can't change the mode from TTL to manual. Any help that anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Chris

high speed sync shows up on my control unit but not on the flash so doesn't work? what am i doing wrong please.

he doesn't explain that you have select channel A - then it works

I hope it was something that I did wrong... because it wouldn't pair for me.. *Edit I guess i had the settings wrong... after some fumbling I was able to get it to work. Thanks!
