I used your sample answer in How do you handle an irate customer. I was told it's wrong the friendly debate is still an argument. And you should never ever argue with the customer. I failed my final examination :( 😢

@@ThanosAintsimp i got the job and worked there for 3 months, unfortunately a lot of personal circumstances at home and the job being kinda far from me caused me to leave, but for the most part i really enjoyed the job. The training was thorough and i loved being in class and making friends, i loved my instructor and all of the mentors who guided us through our training. Where i worked specifically was very community driven and they really care about their employees and were so kind and understanding while i was struggling with things in my personal life. Some customers were obviously very difficult and i had some really hard days. The programs were very finicky and difficult to navigate at times esp because each program does different things, and you have to really practice and know where to go and what to look for based on each individual’s needs. But i met so many amazing people, both colleague and customer. It was a very fulfilling job and it challenged me in ways i didn’t expect. I’d recommend it as long as the company you choose really cares about you and your mental health because it can be very draining at times. :-) eventually i may go back or to a new location once things in my life settle

Hello, tanong ko lang po kung kapag nag apply ka sa bpo, naretetain po ba sa system nila yung name at lahat ng details na nilagay ko po nung nag apply ako? More than a month na po naman nakalipas. Ayoko na pong sabihin na college undergrad ako dahil matatagalan lang sa pagkuha ng tor + gastos pa. Will apply na lang again sana as hs grad lang.
Does bpo companies hire or accommodate person with hearing disability? Do they put them in a nonvoice or chat support for example? I have a partial hearing loss due to accident. I tried to apply and i was struggling a lot of hearing that day and after that they contacted me several times for final interview but i ignored it due to fears and worries.

I went to the Call Center Interview today morning and I answered all the questions asked by the Hiring Manager and she was talking about the Salary expectation and when Can I join to the job? And she took my Resume and School result sheet and said they will send the details of the job today before 4pm in my Gmail.But didn't send? Is that mean am I not Selected 😢?
