Here's how to pass the nesting period of your call center training. Here, you'll learn what happens during a call center nesting, what you should prepare for, and the common problems you'll encounter along with their solutions.
Hello sa magne nesting! Just wanna say kayang kaya nyo yan!
Stop it with the Law of attraction , it is based on Hermeticism, a philosophical and religious system based on the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus. It isn't biblical or Christian, it makes us dependent on that law (attraction) than God, if we truly are Christians we should learn to be more dependent on God and if it is his will not ours, when we asked for something and worked hard for it and didn't receive it then it's time to move on.
Our nesting is fast approaching (next next week) and I'm still struggling familiarizing the whole process.😓 Bombarded and overwhelmed with lots of information during PST. We are taking calls already but I always mess up. My self confidence is going down. The only thing I have right now is that, my determination and willingness to learn. Wish me luck everyone.🙏🤞

For those accounts that don’t allow pen and paper you can take note with the memo pad on your computer and send it your personal email. If you guys have your work email in your office. That is for security purposes to make sure the agents will have no retention of the cx’s personal and/or bank/credit card information.
practical tips aside sa communication skills, you'll get better eventually with constant convo with customers 1.pakapalan ng mukha guts and confidence 2.(bawal balat sibuyas) resiliency is the key if irate cx and trainers haha 3.perfect attendance ( kahit ito nalang when tenured with skillset and experience na) 4.participation in all activities shows willingness and eagerness to learn and stay 5.contribute numbers and not toxicity (wag attitude lalo na't bagohan ka pa)
Today is the first day of my Nesting training. I'm also scared. But all i have now is, lakas ng loob ,whatever it takes . And manifesting that I can pass this, under Healthcare account. 😍😍😍
Unfortunately, it's already too late for me to discover this video. Actually I failed the nesting period a week ago due to one of my calls and I'm currently subject to reprofile. Of course, it will take a lot of time till the company calls me for the final interview. That's why I'm applying for a new job while waiting. Anyway, thank you very much and hopefully it will serves me as a guide once I got another chance to work as a call center agent.
We'll be going to our nesting this coming Monday and I hope makapasa kami lahat kahit na alam kong magkakahiwalay hiwalay din kami sa mga mapupuntahan naming TL sa production
This channel is very helpful for newbies like me Thankyou so much candice. I passed my interview and my nesting will be tomorrow morning. More tipss about telco acc. Plsss❤
This would be my second time around in BPO , I was assigned in Retail account, Now I'm in Booking account. Retail wasn't that easy tho I'm hoping booking account would be more not that too complicated lol anyway still waiting for the training tho . Your tips is very helpful my friends use to ask me what tips I can give . I always tell them to listen and watch in your videos ♥️
@@SamSon-co8mr hello, can i ask you why you find retail account hard ? I'm a trainee in retail account for 2 days now. i just want to know your experience in retail account
@@allinbacaltos8721 it's not that hard in retail what I mean to say is too many irate customers .... Like so mad and upset .bity if you have high Patience I think you'll excel...... Just build some rapport . So you can connect to them ..
My first time taking calls is the longest 2 hours of life. Makes me wonder if why did i get here but i get more confident as the nesting goes by. Thank you for these tips!
Hi Sheena I have been your follower since 2020 and I'm grateful for your tips in your videos about working in a call center. Up until today, I've found your videos so helpful! I'm proud to say that I'm endorsed recently in the production♥️and still checking every now and then for your new topics..
I just got hired the other day and we're about to start the training by next week. I'm super nervous because this will be my first job if ever I pass the training process.
It is our Day 12 of trainings right now,we are still familarizing how to navigate all the tools that we are going to use,all the product info, billings, and how to make a sales. It is literally hard because we are not allowed to use pen and paper inside the training room😟 and our account is a certified challenging one. Thank you so much for your tips and everything you shared to us esp.newbies on this industry😊. More power to your channel and Godbless pls.stay safe always😃
I guess this is a financial account. You can’t bring pen and paper for security purpose since you’ll be handling consumer’s credit/debit card. That’s a sensitive info
Thank you so much for the knowledge you shared to us. It was indeed helpful. I was able to pass the final interview and now I am waiting for my contact signing. May God bless you always.
Wish me luck! 🤞 Me and my little brother both passed the final interview and is scheduled to attend our first day training tomorrow. Thanks Ma'am Sheena as always for your helpful tips and advices. Really appreciate it. 🥰❤️
Hi Ms. Sheena! We're not allowed also to bring pen and paper were on GY shift and taking notes after shift was really hard because we're already tired when we get home. But for now I'm really doing my best to get a hold on our lessons and currently were on our first day on PST. This will be my first job so I'll promise that I'll do my best and survive the Nesting. 😊 Thank you for your help.
I'm here because I'm preparing for my training next month.. and also I'm a newbie for this industry and have no idea about this kind of training.. thank you for this video ,it really helps 😅, hope to pass to be available to proceed to the production floor 🙏☺️☺️
Wow. This is great a help to me. Since I am planning to apply to become a call center agent. Thanks onto this kind instructions and about the perspective to expect. Great this is nice. :) Thanks
Hello ate Sheena! I'm very glad to be here watching your video🤗 I'll starts by October 13 in a call center industry.Your tips really helped me to passed those assessments and interview.Thank you so much ate Sheena🤗 I hope to pass my training also.🤗
Hi! I do really love all your videos, from call center tips to improving our comm skills. Do you have podcast for this??? I would love to listen to it time to time ☺️
I'm almost done with training in a healthcare account, and I'm feeling overwhelmed by my nesting because this account is really complex with a mountain of information to manage.
thank you very much for your advices:( I'm at nesting, but I'm working literally the whole shift (just 1 hour less than those that are hired), and i made a lot of mistakes, fortunately for me, they're not strict
we'll be having our nesting phase later tonight 😭 I'm so nervous ajdklsllslsls i feel like crying but thank you so much, you literally played a vital role on my part. God bless you atiii ♥️
I am so blessed to have this channel it helps me a lot especially right now that I have pass the interview.. I already on one week process after I've got pas my interview.. thank you Sheena..❤️❤️from Cagayan de Oro City
I'm currently a trainee. And yes, in my account pen and paper are not allowed. It's hard, yes. Because I can't have the opportunity to rescan & review them at home, but what I did was I just listen and listen. Then when my trainer is not talking or discussing anymore. I take down notes based on what I can only remember. In that way, I can memorize, too. If I tend to missed something, that's the time I'm going to ask my trainer again for clarifications ♥️
I'm not that nervous but I'm freaking out whenever I have to pull a lot of tools, analyze the problem and decide quick what to do about it and that scares me. But yeah, just like what you've said, if we don't make it, at least it's just for experience. I'd rather try my best and fail than not having tried my best at all. But damn, I want to upskill and I want to overcome my fear in the BPO industry. Queries cera cera. Whatever will be, will be.
Hello Ma'am can you do an example of the nesting it self with its environment and an example of an account and how to do it also technically. tnx alot!
Hi, I made a lot of mistakes in our first day of nesting :( But I think I improved a lot in our 2nd day, however I still think I made mistakes :( I just hope now I dont get terminated.
I have always listening to your videos about how to get passed in a call center job, thanks a lot because even if I'm doing my current job right now I'm still listening to you without taking a look on your videos while listening, but my ears and my mind is focus on you. From now on this is my hobit everday as if I'm listening to my favorite songs.
From what i have seen,,most people finds it difficult to ask their seatmate for help. I honestly dont feel that way,, like, im thinking that i only have 2 options _to fail a call or muster the courage to politely ask your tenured seatmate for help_. And, most of the time, they are so willing to help & give you advice.! ... 😁 Maybe you can focus on that too,,
Im in the nesting and on monday we are taking more live calls and I don't know what to do. Im scared because the client dont understand me and I didnt understand it either only 2 words and the rest I forgot already😢
For those who can't bring their pen and paper, google contacts will be your friend in taking down notes. Just add contact and write all the information in the notes area of the contact
We did our first live call today and It makes me think if I can really survive in this industry. I'm having a hard time understanding the accent of the customers. Although I passed the assessment, I am not that confident that I can pass our nesting that will start next week.
We took 8 hours of call on our nesting me personally didnt go to a one on one coaching unlike with my colleagues so im thinking that im on the right track. But when our nesting comes to an end I am one of the one who get terminated. I did all the best I can but still they didn't consider all my efforts. Despite of having a good records on CSAT and attendance.
@@arnemandanao Yes QA. I can't get their point because most of us are newly hired in the BPO and of course most of us dont know what to do and expect us to have a long holding time. But thats what they daid we do have an AHT that whats what make us failed. I dont belive it coz there's 1 person on our class that passed despite of having a lot of AHT and supcall compare to me that I always did what our TL tell us that as long as we can fix it even the costumer is irrate and wants to call a supervisor dont give the call to a supervisor.
Congratulations on your channel It's been quite hard for me to master English for this kind of job...i wouldn't like to give up but it has too many rules
Thanks for this good tips and advice. I'm currently trainee at Sutherland, i already pass my PST. And next week I'm turning into nesting stage, another challenging for me is we are not allowed to use or bring paper and pen. This advice is very helpful 😁 Hoping and praying that i will pass my nesting so that i can begin to work full time. It's my first time in BPO industry ❤️
