Hello World,
This is going to be the next episode of my Poker Vlog. I played 2/5 at Sarasota. I play better than I think I have been playing the last few weeks. I attribute the better playing to extra time studying on Pokercoaching.com.

Kyle, we’d like to know which player had the AA, and which had the AK when you folded QQ preflop. If I had to guess, the 4-bettor had AA.

Same guy just calls an open with AQ off and 4 bets aces. Put him in the nit category and hate paying the nits 🤷‍♂️

Oh bro that A10 hand...your bad turn check opened the door to the river bluff, he strolled right on in and you.....fold.....ouch.

Yeah not my favorite hand. Wouldn’t even include it in vlogs normally. But my opponent played well and showed it so there is nothing wrong with congratulating your opponent on a good play.

When you play it so passively on flop and turn with checks, it’s a mandatory call on the river - Even if he 3x pot it on the river. Some people are just clicking buttons.

18:40 flopping top pair top kicker on a disconnected board, and checking back against 1 opponent??😢

I think the 66 semibluff raise play was pretty terrible. You raise UTG, get 3bet, and then call a 3b. How many 7x hands do you have that play like that? A7s (2 combos), 78s (2 combos, where are boats), 76s (2 combs), and 88 (3 combos, also flopped boat). I think most of those hands other than 88 you are not even opening UTG either, and the vast majority of people do not raise flopped boats either. In that specific configuration, its a spot that is probably over-bluffed by players.

If I have 66 I definitely have 99 1010 JJ Plenty of hands that raise for value and beat 89 and random Ax holdings.

I'm NOT going to play online poker, never mind what you say!! Because, I played for years on different major sites, and realised, THERE IS NO WAY TO WIN ONLINE POKER. Period. . Ohhh, almost forgotten: I'm a winning $2/5 live poker player for years. Thank you.

Lol I played qq so bad I'm taking a break... I bet 50 on a 8 high board with 2 people calling my 75 dollars 3 bet which put 1 guy all in... then the turn ace guy checks I bet the 50 again like a donk and he raises me and has 10s and I could've won a 500 pot instead of losingb175 .. wasn't the money its the way I played .. I should've checked and called river.. guy even said he put me on qq or kk

Unfortunately the consistent size is kinda telling. When the ace turns, you have to think of the sizing you do when you have an A. I think it is either a big size, or check to get value on river. Consistent sizing feels weak to me like you want to keep pot small and check back river. At least it can be a learning experience. That is how I try to look at all situations in poker.

Yea I never place the same bet in poker well I mean in years.. I was drinking also... that mistake and what I know about poker I gotta just keep firing there ... the guy literally said he put me on qq or kk and I even showed the qq .. I'm gonna put 100 on PokerStars tonight and after that I'm taking a month off and rebuilding my bankroll

@kylefischl6841 and I have to study more ... I really don't like gto but I have to learn it so at least I can know what my opponent is thinking in certain spots.. I had a bad feeling I was getting bluffed and I literally snap folded because he had at least 225 in his hand so I was just like f it

14:27 I don't understand these kind of players. Have no even clue how to play against them successfully!?? They tend to stick to their middle pair, or top pair middle cards...and call your all bets, raises. Then, you must give up a suicidal run, and they show you're just beat by a mediocre hand. 😅😂

1:52 Hey Kyle, let's review the bidding for a moment. Let's say this "OMC/Nit", as you call him, did indeed limp/re-raise with KK. Well, he trapped the field (including you) for 16 BBs WITHOUT SEEING A FLOP. Suppose he opens his KK to $20 like he's "supposed to." Do you call? I mean, you probably call some amount, right? And the two clowns behind you call as well (they called your $25 raise, certainly they'll call his $20 raise). So our friend with KK is going *four* ways to the flop, first to act. I dunno about you, but that sounds like poker-hell to me. What the UTG player is doing is exploiting the clowns cold-calling your 5x open with weak ranges. Then he pounces on all of you, and collects a big pot, pays no rake, and doesn't have to sweat a 4-way flop. I don't think he's an OMC/Nit, I think he's a beast.
@kylefischl6841
@kylefischl6841 10 месяцев назад
Do you think 75 is a pounce 😂😂 This hand should go 5 ways for 75 a piece where kk has under 15% equity against the field. If I call, everyone calls and kk loses most of the time. I just happened to not feel like gambling in this instance but when I know my opponents hand as I did, if I continue and the board is like 7 8 10 all clubs, or 3 6 7 , Q J 4, kk will have a miserable time hanging on through multiple bets whether I have it or not.
@leehjones
@leehjones 10 месяцев назад
@@kylefischl6841 No, $75 isn't a pounce, and I should have mentioned that. He should have made it, I dunno, $175-$200. Then if any of you call, you're lighting money on fire. You hit the flop with such a low SPR that he can just put the money in pretty much regardless of board texture. I'm just saying that limp-reraising is a perfectly valid tactic when the field is calling raises too loose (which many $1/3 and $2/5 players do). You do have to size your 3-bet correctly, but properly applied, it's an excellent exploit against clowns who cold-call raises with weak values.

Don’t pot control so freaking much man. You never ever trippel barrel and always let your opponent realise there equities. Come man step it up and don’t be afraid of running in to nutted hands all the time. And man saying this guy plays GTO is just BS. Your are playing 1/3 live in USA in the softest line up ever. It’s like playing NL5$ online in Europe. There is not anyone at this table that is playing GTO and you should not do it. You should just max exploit the hell out these fishes and always bet for value.
