Hey! Yea, I shoot black and white in camera but since I shoot it in raw, that information is still stored so it’s in color when I bring it over to Lightroom.
Hey! Great question! The biggest difference for me is that it allows me to focus on light/shadows and composition and my subjects. I'm not worried about color and things that are distracting me from the photo I want to create.
@@Anchorandveilphotography But you photograph in B&W and than the photos come in color when imported to the computer? Like it's a digital negative or something?
@@AndreFernandesMovies Hey! Yea, its super simple! The camera produces the Jpeg rendering on the back of the camera as black and white, but because it's a raw file, all of the color information is still stored on there!
@@Anchorandveilphotography That sounds amazing, also since its producing a jpeg sample of the image it's probably must quickly for it to show up. Have no Idea how to set that on my a7rii though. I will search
First of all, great work. Secondly, everyone is so interested in your straps 😂 Anyway, my question is regarding your color grading in post. Do you use light room? Presets?? Is there a possibility you can make a quick video showing your grading?
kayla peters hey thanks! I have a Lightroom preset that has taken me a couple of years to make. It’s not one that’s available for purchase. I could def do a video on it!
I like your shooting in B&W. Is your whole shoot in B&W for preps? Or do you agree with Client? I would prefer that over colour in prep but i guess some like colour more? Next wedding i am doing my first groom prep, so paying attention to reviews on this at present.
