@@aaronlathan I'm watching the one you did last year in Bridgeland. If I'm not mistaken, this is a bigger version of the Preston III model. There were a lot of similarities...lol I hope I got the right floorplan.

@@iamjgodfrey their models here in Houston are typically Preston or Carter. So they’re about the same with slight changes lol

Thanks for sharing. In your opinion do you find that in most of the new Houston communities there is an over-saturation and that there is an influx of people moving to Texas now. What in your experience is the pros and cons. I’ve been seeing a good bit of videos from people who have regret and are leaving the Houston area now because of this.

I’ve been in Texas long enough to know that you can’t please everyone lol. There’s enough variety of communities here to satisfy pretty much everyone’s needs. Biggest difference I see now since I moved here is that out of towners realize how crazy affordable and how much variety is here. Whereas Houstonians stuck in the past with what things used to cost seem to take the most issues. But Houston in my opinion will always provide a great balance of options and affordability that’s hard to beat both locally and for those looking from out of state so as long as these builders are building they’ll sell out lol. More pros than cons. My only true con about new communities in Houston are how much higher the property taxes are 🥴. For everything else we can find you a community that fits your individual needs ☺️

Thank you for being honest about the traffic. I currently live in Beaumont, TX. and will be moving to Fulshear in a few months. I love the area but not the traffic.

In the last 5 years I believe Fulshear is up like 200% on population. Will be as thick as Katy soon

I'm from Port Arthur and considered Fulshear, Katy, and Cypress. Since I work in California though and need access to an airport, I'm leaning more towards Meridiana in Iowa Colony/Manvel and maybe Mont Belvieu.

@Prplngldbee616 if you can use Hobby then Meridiana is an amazing location. If you need Bush then I’d say being so far south is gonna be rough if you fly in and out a bunch.

@@aaronlathan I only use Hobby. SWA all the way! That's why I started leaning more to Meridiana, plus your video showing how the community handled Beryl.
