@@SirGamma always forefront in receiving music knowledge sir when you are giving it away like a present... By the way christmas is just around the corner sir🥳🥳🥳
If you're pitching your first release, you will have to ask your distributor to create a new artist profile and request the URI so that you can have access to Spotify for Artists in order to pitch from there. Also, if that doesn't work, do a dummy release, any piece for music just to create your Spotify artist profile, and then you'll have your artist URI, which will help to claim your Spotify for Artists account and then pitch your release.
Hello sir, can u plz tell me that can we pitch for our every song before release .. U r doing wonders for me and for many indie artists ,.Thank you sir
What if it is a album containing many songs, all songs will be released simultaneously, so do we have to choose the best song from it ? all of the remaining songs will never ever be added to editorial playlist ? What if some other song from album does good ?
In that case you can pitch the whole album to the editors, they'll pick song(s) from the album depending on how successful those songs are. Also, when you go to the 'Upcoming' section on Spotify after distribution via distributor, you'll see what all options are there. All the best🥂
I’m a little confused on something. I’m waiting for my song to be “live” via TuneCore. I’m trying to pitch to playlist now, but it’s not showing up on my Spotify. Is it something I do with the distributor? Or I have to wait for the song to be “live” ?
You should put your music on tunecore at least a month before the release date, so that they have adequate time to review and send it to Spotify. And then the song will appear in the upcoming section, you'll have to do the pitching at least 21 days before the release. If you've done all of this, and still you're not able to see the song in the upcoming section, please contact tunecore customer care, they'll help you out.
Is there any way to pitch a released song to an editorial playlist If not then Should i re lease that song as re- edited and then pitch it for editorial playlist. I wasn't aware of these things before releasing my 1st song plz help
Hello sir💐, If i have a song of my own composition released on tunecore and i have recorded the same song in diffrent language. Can i release that song as well on tunecore sir?
Yes you can, if TuneCore asks for proof of composition then you can let them know that you are the owner master Recording and composition of the original song. That won't be a problem
