Love your channel, great content and you guys are fun to watch! Question about the layout, it was clear where the 2 bathrooms would be but not the additional 2 bedrooms.. are those going to be on the upper level? If so, Is there any possibility of putting the 2nd bathroom up there and dormering out and maybe doing a small half bath on the main level?

We didn’t show on the 3D rendering, but one bedroom will be upstairs (not able to add an upstairs bathroom), and the room at the back of the house will be converted to a bedroom but likely treated as a den or home office. Thanks for checking us out!

How much you paid the engineer to come and have a look? did you use an architect to make plans or just went along with your ideas? also, do i need permits for changes inside the house?

Where did you get the plans? Did you hire an architect? How much did that cost?

The structural engineer we used was also an architect. The price varies widely based on location and the scope of the project so be sure to check with local architects/engineers.

how did you get that design blueprint did you do it yourself or did you have somebody do it for you?

We had a structural engineer/ architect draw those up for us. Since we were removing a load bearing wall the city required it.

@@WhatTheFlipShow that’s so cool that’s awesome I’m going to get into house flipping myself I recently bought 5000$ worth of tools and want to start buying homes and flipping do majorly of the labor myself it’s good money and looks very fun did you use a hard money ? And line of credit to buy the place ?
