I did not include seeding info for warm season turf because bermuda, zoysia and especially centipede is VERY slow to establish from seed. We are heading into fall and they days are getting shorter - too short for these grass types to grab enough sunlight to survive winter. It's not about temps, it's about sunlight. SO those are best seeded in later spring although I recommend against that too due to weed pressure that will outgrown them. Best to sod or plug warm season grasses.
