Any tips to implement forearm rotation quickly? Like any quick tips Because I know this is the second time I'm asking
@LaurenceWilliamson
@LaurenceWilliamson 3 года назад
Maybe you need to elaborate on this question because rotating your forearm quickly sounds quite self explanatory?
@JLneonhug
@JLneonhug 3 года назад
Grip training exercises would help increase power/speed. More reps less weight to train for the 'reflex muscles' (I don't remember technical term). If you swing your racket back and forth at your elbow (not max range) the resistance of rotation pull back will also help build those muscles, but don't overdo it, as it can cause injuries this way.

@LaurenceWilliamson 3 года назад
@@nihalsameer6417 for forehand and backhand having the right grip will help a lot to force you to rotate. For learning backhand I imagined I was opening a jar. I can't really give any tips for forehand as it just came quite naturally after using the correct grip. Good luck.
