While dealing out the cards, if a move becomes available on the end of a row that you've already passed, are you allowed to play that card? Or do you have to continue dealing out the cards, and possibly block that move? I.e., you have a row ending in a 3 of clubs, but 2 flips later dealt out a 2 of clubs that can be put on the foundation. Can I also put the 3 of clubs on the foundation before continuing to deal out cards?
Technically no. You can only play cards from the deal onto the foundation. You can only move cards from the rows once the deal is finished. However, that is the strictest way to play. Playing the way you described above is perfectly alright if you want a more casual game.
