Quick synopsis, basic rules, enough context for gamers looking to see if it's something they might enjoy, either by style of gameplay, topic of the game, teams vs co-op vs head-to-head... and the "if you liked this aspect, you might enjoy these." When I have more time, I expect I'll be deep-diving through your whole channel. :) I've only gotten to play this one day, close to when it came out, and I hope someday I can enjoy boardgames with people again. I can lead my gamer friends to the table, but I can't make them play there when they prefer flashy graphics and anonymous opponents.

I'm confused. What keycard? I only see a grid with all colors every time you mention 'keycard'.

I read the instructions like 10 times but it did not help me but I only had to watch this video once understand the game thx and keep the good work

Great explanation! Small nitpick though, there are alternate rules for 2 and 3 player variants. These are a bit different than the standard game as there aren't 2 spymasters, and instead you play against an AI team, but I feel it's worth mentioning. As long as you have a buddy willing to play, you can enjoy this great game. Spy sunglasses not included.

the game isn't fun if the cards dont have annything in common. and that's hard when they have so many different cards because then some dont have anything in common and the clue is obvious.

I received the Adults Only version of Codenames in a white elephant gift exchange. It's an OK game, but unfortunately the number of audiences I can play my version with is rather limited.

Was about to bottle a game of Codenames. Red (me) 1 Blue 4 It is my turn and I pressed a word of Blue. Then Blue pressed 2 correct words in a row. But they later pressed a word neither team has. I then pressed NIGHT to win.
