I'm new to 7 string guitars so forgive me if this is a silly question....I can see the tuning for the 6 strings is CGCFAD, but on a 7 what is the low string (top of the guitar) set to?

Probably an A2 since all of the other strings are a whole step down. In standard tuning, the 7th string would be a B2. The D2 was dropped a whole step to a C2 to make it “drop C”

Hi David. For this song it doesn't matter. Here I play it as if it was a 6 strings guitar. Although, if you want to properly tune a 7 strings following my tuning, then what @LemonMelon said is the way. The 7th string (top one) would be tuned to A. Hope you got it figured out.

Hi Daniel I think you ar referring to the delay effect I am using. When it is active, whatever you play will repeat itself according to the settings you made. Hope that helps.

Hey there, if you mean the bend on the 6th fret, you have to try and do it with your finger by pressing and pulling the string down slightly. Hope you can get it :)

Hi Izhak, you can see the Delay settings starting at 1:01. Sadly it does not show the exact numbers for the Bass, Treble and Mix but by the knobs' positions you might be able to figure it out. I hope that helps.

So when i see the playthrough of stephen carpenter, he plays the chorus part in his 8 string F#BEADGBE, but he uses the standard tuning strings only, i cant seem to find tabs for that considering he plays it correctly, do u have them? Or can you get them

Hey Chloe. As @yumi yumi mentioned, the numbers mean the place in the fretboard where you should play. A good way to learn is to search the "basics of tablature". Hope you can get it working and good luck :)
