THANK YOU SIR. i was havin a piano theory moment in my mind trying to figuire out why this song has such a unique sound. so I was following the progressions to learn the key, which is A major. I love that key

true! but younger ones who are only into rap and urban & pop music will only know 2 pacs sampled version. but i know all the greats songs sampled in hiphop because my mom had a huge vinyl collection So i was exposed to all this music at a very early age!

Excellent tutorial! I never got tired of this song. I love the way you laid out this tutorial. BTW could you tell me what kind of virtual keyboard you used in the video? I'm looking for something I can use to record my chords and movements on screen.

Dude the 2nd chord can also be called a C#7 #9 b13. Classic Steely Dan chord. Think Peg or Deacon Blues walk downs. Overall good tutorial. thanks

Great tutorial very inspiring. I wish with your colored dots on the keys, that left hand was blue and right hand was red or somthing. It would make it so much easier for me. I have a hard job with my finger positioning. Maybe I should learn to walk before I run.

What a coincidence.......they where playing this at the mall today and I thought about wanting to learn it. Not really a 2pac fan but I kinda remember him using this sample.
